1. Inform your personal manager that you want to conclude an agreement through electronic documents circulation;

2. Get an invoice;

3. Sign the certificate through vchasno.ua or M.E.DOC at least for an annual licence;

4. After signing the documents, the manager will give the keys to the system with your gift.

If you are not a YouControl customer

1. Register;

2. In the nearest future a manager will contact you and help you choose the appropriate tariff for the system usage;

3. Get an invoice and sign the certificate through vchasno.ua or M.E.DOC;

How to Painlessly Organise Electronic Documents Circulation

To make the transition to electronic documents circulation as smooth as possible:

• Create a list of departments and employees responsible for electronic documents circulation;

• Identify the types of documents you will work with in the electronic format;

• Digitize gradually. For example, at the first stage sign only the statements. Later sign contracts. Then sign documents for large agreements.
