ORDER

FOR SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS

Commercial court of Kyiv,

in accordance with agreement between Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates on mutual legal assistance in civil and commercial cases dated 26.11.2012

asks the Ministry of Justice of the United Arab Emirates

to service to TRANSMID TRADING FZCO (United Arab Emirates, Dubai, Dubai Airport Freezone, Building 1 West, Office No. W204b)

the following documents (annexes):

- Statement of claim with attached documents;

- Application for the elimination of deficiencies in the statement of claim;

- Ruling of the Commercial Court of Kyiv to initiate proceedings in the case dated 02/07/2025 in case No. 910/7758/25

and to return the Confirmation.

These documents must be handed over to TRANSMID TRADING FZCO in connection with the initiation of proceedings by the Commercial Court of Kyiv in case No. 910/7758/25 regarding the debt of TRANSMID TRADING FZCO (defendant) in the amount of USD 30,030.00 owed to SMART GRAIN Limited Liability Company (plaintiff).

Commercial Court of Kyiv has the honour to request the Ministry of Justice of the United Arab Emirates to certify that the document (annexes) has been served to TRANSMID TRADING FZCO or has not been served, by reason of the facts.
