YouControl: Answers to the Frequently Asked Questions

We have prepared answers to the questions that analysts of the YouControl system are most frequently asked. Whether you are a client, a potential user or just a visitor, here you will find necessary information on the system capabilities and the basic principles of work of its tools.

How to check an employee for integrity with the help of the system?

The YouControl system contains only open data, so it is impossible to get a detailed dossier on a natural person with the help of YouControl.

But some information about natural persons can still be found.

Information about natural persons (founders, heads, signers, etc.) is available in “Profile”, “Links”. These data will help you to check a person before hiring or to evaluate whether s/he has a biased approach to business offers. With the help of YouControl you can define:

1. Whether the employee has the status of a private entrepreneur.

2. Whether the director of the company (or a natural person-entrepreneur of the employee) is related to the supplier of the company whose interests s/he may promote.

3. Competence of the employee. In which companies s/he was a manager in the past. If the employee previously served as the director of the company, in what state the company was under their direction (this can be analyzed through “Finance”).

How are links revealed through a telephone number?

YouControl analyzes registration data of the United State Register and determines the existence of telephone links between different enterprises or natural persons-entrepreneurs. If the counterparties have registered the same contact telephone numbers, then the system will identify such a link. You can check this in “Links” by activating the filter “Phone Number”. There is also a separate module “Links search”, where you can discover connections between two chosen counterparties through a telephone number.

Is it possible to buy from YouControl a base of unconscionable counterparties and does the system contain these lists?

Such official public database or register are not available.

YouControl does not create databases of unconscionable counterparties. The system only gives a user the tool to check counterparties. Conclusions should be made on your own, being aware of the context of cooperation with a certain counterparty.

What is the relevance of sources and data?

The YouControl system contains data relevant at the time of the request. However, different sources have different intervals of updating information. You can learn more about this in our list of sources.

Is it planned to include the analysis of the register of trademarks and indications of geographical origin?

Now this information is not available, but the idea is under development by the analysts of the YouControl system.

Will it be possible to display the history of arising and disappearing of a tax debt?

At present our system does not provide such information, but we are studying this possibility.

Will information on lost passports and search be available in YouControl?

Our analysts are currently analyzing this possibility.

Is it possible to use other indexes and methodologies to identify the corrupt element?

Yes, you can use the YouControl system in combination with any methodology for identifying risk factors for work. The main thing is the efficiency of your enterprise.

Does YouControl carry out a financial analysis?

YouControl collects financial data of companies, processes information and provides users with a complete result of the analysis. The system also contains financial indicators that the user can process on their own.

Is it possible to contact your experts to carry out the analysis of counterparties in person, so that they report only the result?

YouControl is a tool for checking a counterparty. We can teach, show what is really worth paying attention to and how to properly analyze a counterparty, but we leave the right to make the correct decision to the user of the system.

This is related to the fact that in cooperation with a counterparty there are many nuances, without the knowledge of which it is possible to give an incorrect recommendation.
