To recover from Global Military Products, Inc., in favor of the Administration of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (USREOU Code 00034039), penalties for violation of the terms of delivery of goods under the Contract in the total amount of EUR 5,950,272.22, consisting of: penalty of 0.1% of the value of the Products in respect of which delay in performance of obligations was allowed (for 180 days of delay, Article 232 of the Commercial Code of Ukraine) - EUR 1,555,200.00; fine of 7% for delay in performance exceeding 30 days from the value of the Products in respect of which delay was allowed - EUR 604,800.00; penalty in the amount of double the NBU discount rate from the amount of unused advance payment - EUR 3,272,996.48; 3% per annum from the overdue amount - EUR 255,973.34; inflation losses - EUR 1,161,302.40.
