FOR SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS

Commercial court of Kyiv,

in accordance with agreement between Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates on mutual legal assistance in civil and commercial cases dated 26.11.2012

asks the Ministry of Justice of the United Arab Emirates

to service to GELANIK FZE LLC (P.O. Box 16675, B-1104-09-Grand Tower, Ajman, UAE)

the following documents (annexes):

- the decision of the Commercial Court of Kyiv in case № 910/14047/22 of December 16, 2022;

- the Company's «Warfolk Progress» claim dated 01.12.2022 with additional documents.

and to return the Confirmation.

This documents have to service (hand over) to GELANIK FZE LLC because of opening and appointment court hearing by Commercial court of Kyiv in case 910/14047/22 about GELANIK FZE LLC' s (defendant) debt amount - 2 346 000 $ to Company «Warfolk Progress» (claimant).

Commercial Court of Kyiv has the honour to request the Ministry of Justice of the United Arab Emirates to certify that the document (annexes) has been served to GELANIK FZE LLC or has not been served, by reason of the facts.
