Affiliate is analytical information about related parties that reflects the relationships between entities, the relationship between which may affect the conditions or economic performance of their activities or the activities of the persons they represent.
Criteria for identifying related parties are: presence of similar information within details of two or more business entities on public information sources (including but not limited to: founders/members, senior executives, contact information, judicial acts, etc.) *
* These criteria may be the same but are not based on the criteria used to identify "connected persons" under Ukrainian tax, banking and other laws.
