Суддя Жовтневого районного суду м. Харкова Шиянової Л.О., розглядаючи заяву ОСОБА_1 про видачу судового наказу про стягнення з Державного підприємства «Харківський приладобудівний завод ім. Т.Г. Шевченко»нарахованої, але невиплаченої заробітної плати, -
ВСТАНОВИВ:
Заявник звернувся до суду з заявою про видачу судового наказу про стягнення з відповідача нарахованої, але невиплаченої заробітної плати за серпень, вересень, жовтень, листопад, грудень 2011 року, січень, лютий, квітень 2012 року в сумі 5065 (п'ять тисяч шістдесят п'ять) грн. 00 коп.
Заява подана з додержанням вимог ст. 98 ЦПК України.
Керуючись ст. ст. 82, 100 ЦПК України, суддя -
УХВАЛИВ:
Відкрити провадження у цивільній справі за заявою ОСОБА_1 до Державного підприємства «Харківський приладобудівний завод ім. Т.Г. Шевченко»про стягнення нарахованої, але невиплаченої заробітної плати.
Ухвала оскарженню не підлягає.
