у Нововолинському відділенні «Промінвестбанку», МФО 303310) в доход державного
бюджету податковий борг в сумі 367574грн.68коп.
2.Розстрочити
виконання постанови суду щодо стягнення з активів ДП «Нововолинський РМЗ»
367574грн.68коп. податкового боргу згідно поданого графіку, а саме:

по ПДВ - на 5 років (з червня 2007р. по травень 2012р. включно) шляхом
щомісячної сплати рівними частинами по 6060грн.70коп.;
-
по комунальному податку - на 6 місяців (з червня 2007р. по грудень 2007р.
включно) шляхом щомісячної сплати рівними частинами по 655грн.50коп.
