1. Стягнути з П " Суднобудівний завод ім. 61 Комунара", м. Миколаїв, вул. Адміральська, 38 р/р 26005616731 в ВАТ " Морський транспортний банк" , МФО 362784, ОКПО 14313240 на користь ОСОБА_1, м. Миколаїв, ПГС 6 кв. 30, ІНН невідомий, 12694 грн, 00 коп.
2. Стягнути з боржника на користь держави судовий збір 25 грн, 50 коп та витрати на інформаційно-технічне забезпечення розгляду цивільних справ 30,00 грн.
3. Судовий наказ після набрання ним законної сили видати стягувачу.
