ІМЕНЕМ УКРАЇНИ
12 жовтня 2017 року суддя Шевченківського районного суду м. Києва Піхур О.В., розглянувши матеріали заяви Державного підприємства «Антонов», заінтересована особа : ОСОБА_1 про виправлення помилки у судовому наказі, -
ВСТАНОВИВ:
При підготовці справи до судового розгляду були проведені наступні підготовчі дії: вивчені матеріали справи, визначено склад осіб, які беруть участь у справі.
Визнавши підготовку справи до судового засідання завершеною, суд вважає за можливе призначити справу до судового розгляду.
З урахуванням наведеного, керуючись ст.ст. 156, 376 ЦПК України,
УХВАЛИВ:
Призначити справу до судового розгляду у відкритому судовому засіданні в приміщенні Шевченківського районного суду м. Києва за адресою : 03680, м. Київ, вул. Дегтярівська, 31-А, каб. №408 (4-й поверх) на 24.11.2017 року о 14.00 год.
В судове засідання викликати сторони.
Ухвала оскарженню не підлягає.
