за позовом

Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сфері ринків фінансових послуг, вул. Б.Грінченка, 3,Київ 1,01001

про

визнання незаконною та скасування постанови від 16.05.2017р. № 589/871/15-2/13-П,

ВСТАНОВИВ:

Ухвалою Кіровоградського окружного адміністративного суду від 16.08.2017 р. справу №823/826/17 передано на розгляд до Миколаївського окружного адміністративного суду.

Згідно ч. 6 ст. 22 КАС України спори між адміністративними судами щодо підсудності не допускаються.

Адміністративний позов подано з додержанням вимог статей 104-106 КАС України.

Підстави для повернення позовної заяви, залишення її без розгляду чи відмови у відкритті провадження у справі відсутні.

Керуючись ст. 22 Кодексу адміністративного судочинства України, суд, -

УХВАЛИВ:

1. Прийняти справу до провадження.

2. Судовий розгляд справи призначити на 24 жовтня 2017 р.р. - 14:00 год.
