НАКАЗУЮ :
1. 1. Стягнути з ДП завод „Генератор", зареєстрованого в м. Києві, вул. Новокостянтинівська, 18, ЄДРПОУ 14312453 на користь ОСОБА_1 заборгованість по заробітній платі в сумі 35207 ( тридцять п"ять тисяч двісті сім) грн. 71 коп.
2. 2. Стягнути з ДП завод „Генератор", зареєстрованого в м. Києві, вул. Новокостянтинівська, 18 ЄДРПОУ 14312453 на користь держави судовий збір в розмірі 176, 04 грн. та витрати на інформаційно-технічне забезпечення розгляду судового процесу в розмірі 15, 00 грн.
