Позовна заява подана з дотриманням вимог, передбачених ст. ст. 107-121 ЦПК України.

Керуючись ст. ст. 11, 15, 122, 293 ЦПК України суддя, -
ухвалив:
Відкрити провадження у цивільній справі № 2/489/1955/17.
Призначити справу до розгляду у відкритому судовому засіданні на 28 листопада 2017 року о 08:00.
У судове засідання викликати осіб, які беруть участь у справі.
Ухвала може бути оскаржена в частині недотримання правил підсудності.
