НАКАЗ
про виконання рішення
господарського суду Вінницької області
Відповідно до рішення Господарського суду Вінницької області від 01 червня 2017 р. у справі №902/289/17, яке набрало законної сили 19 червня 2017 р., керуючись ст.ст.116, 117 Господарського процесуального кодексу України, -
НАКАЗУЮ:
Стягнути з Державного підприємства "45 експериментальний механічний завод", код ЄДРПОУ 08341806 (21107, м.Вінниця, вул.Червоноармійська, 57) на користь Фізичної особи - підприємця ОСОБА_1, Ідентифікаційний код НОМЕР_1 (АДРЕСА_1) 435 000 грн.- боргу згідно договору поставки № 4/12/15 від 04.12.2015, 6 525 грн. для відшкодування судових витрат на судовий збір. Видати наказ в день набрання рішенням законної сили.
Відповідно до статті 12 Закону України "Про виконавче провадження" наказ дійсний для пред'явлення до виконання протягом трьох років.
