Суддя Оболонського районного суду м. Києва Шевченко Л.В., розглянувши заяву Першого заступника прокурора Оболонського району м. Києва в інтересах ОСОБА_1 про стягнення заборгованості по заробітній платі відповідно до ст. 121 Конституції України, ст. ст. 94, 115, 116, 233 КЗпП України, ст. 24 Закону України „Про оплату праці", ст. ст. 45, 95, 96 ЦПК України,
НАКАЗУЮ:
4.Стягнути з ДП „Генератор", зареєстрованого в м. Києві, вул. Новокостянтинівська 18, ЄДРПОУ 14312453 на користь ОСОБА_1 заборгованість по заробітній платі в сумі 1766, 00 грн (одну тисячу сімсот шістдесят шість) грн.
5.Стягнути з ДП „Генератор", зареєстрованого в м. Києві, вул. Новокостянтинівська 18, ЄДРПОУ 14312453 на користь держави судовий збір в розмірі 25, 50 грн., та витрати на інформаційно-технічне забезпечення розгляду судового процесу в розмірі 15, 00 грн.
6.Судовий наказ після набрання ним законної сили видати стягувану.
