УХВАЛА
про відкриття наказного провадження у цивільній справі

Суддя Шосткинського міськрайонного суду Сумської області Лєвша С.Л., розглянувши заяву Шосткинського міжрайонного прокурора в інтересах ОСОБА_1 до державного науково-дослідного інституту хімічних продуктів про видачу судового наказу за вимогою про стягнення нарахованої, але не виплаченої заробітної плати .
ВСТАНОВИВ:
Заяву про видачу судового наказу подано з додержанням вимог ст.ст. 96 - 99 ЦПК України.
Керуючись ст.ст. 82, 122, 127-129 ЦПК України, -
УХВАЛИВ:
Відкрити наказне провадження за заявою Шосткинського міжрайонного прокурора в інтересах ОСОБА_1 до державного науково-дослідного інституту хімічних продуктів про видачу судового наказу за вимогою про стягнення нарахованої, але не виплаченої заробітної плати.
