В С Т А Н О В И В:
ДП НВКГ «Зоря» - «Машпроект» звернулося до Ленінського районного суду м. Миколаєва із заявою про видачу судового наказу про стягнення боргу.
Заява за формою і змістом відповідає вимогам ст.98 ЦПК України.
Обставини, що перешкоджають відкриттю наказного провадження у справі, передбачені ч.1-3 ст.. 100 ЦПК України, відсутні.
