Суддя Центрального районного суду міста Миколаєва Подзігун Г.В., розглянувши матеріали заяви ОСОБА_1 про видачу судового наказу з вимогою про стягнення заборгованості по заробітній платі, -
ВСТАНОВИВ:
04.12.2012 року заявник звернувся до суду із заявою про видачу судового наказу з вимогою про стягнення заборгованості по заробітній платі з ДП "Суднобудівний завод імені 61 комунара".
08.12.2012 року матеріали передані на розгляд судді Подзігун Г.В..
Заява подана з додержанням вимог, викладених ст.ст. 96, 98, 99 ЦПК України.
Керуючись ст.ст. 100, 102, 208-210 ЦПК України, суддя,
УХВАЛИВ:
Відкрити наказне провадження за заявою
ОСОБА_1 про видачу судового наказу з вимогою про стягнення заборгованості по заробітній платі.
Видати судовий наказ по суті заявлених вимог у триденний строк з моменту постановлення даної ухвали.
Ухвала оскарженню не підлягає.
