ПРО ПОРУШЕННЯ ПРОВАДЖЕННЯ У СПРАВІ

Суддя Гуляк Г.І., розглянувши позовну заяву № 4161/14 від 06.10.2014 року
За позовом: Військова частина А 0215;
До відповідача: Державне підприємство "Одеський авіаційний завод"
про стягнення 5370 грн.;
визнав подані матеріали достатніми для прийняття позовної заяви до розгляду.
Керуючись ст.ст. 64, 65 Господарського процесуального кодексу України,
СУДДЯ УХВАЛИВ:
1.Порушити провадження у справі та прийняти позовну заяву до розгляду.
2. Розгляд справи призначити на "27" жовтня 2014 р. о 11:20.
