УХВАЛИВ:
Відкрити провадження у справі за заявою Державного підприємства «Антонов» до ОСОБА_1 про видачу судового наказу про стягнення заборгованості за спожиті житлово- комунальні послуги.
Копію ухвали направити сторонам у справі.
Ухвала може бути оскаржена лише щодо недотримання правил підсудності у встановлений законом строк і порядок, в іншій частині ухвала оскарженню не підлягає.
