Суддя Жовтневого районного суду м. Харкова Шиянової Л.О., розглядаючи заяву ОСОБА_1 про видачу судового наказу про стягнення з Державного підприємства «Харківський приладобудівний завод ім. Т.Г. Шевченко» нарахованої, але невиплаченої заробітної плати, -
ВСТАНОВИВ:
Заявник звернувся до суду з заявою про видачу судового наказу про стягнення з відповідача нарахованої, але невиплаченої заробітної плати за травень, червень, вересень, жовтень, листопад, грудень 2012 року, січень, березень, квітень 2013 року в сумі 11193 (одинадцять тисяч сто дев'яносто три) грн. 00 коп.
Заява подана з додержанням вимог ст. 98 ЦПК України.
Керуючись ст. ст. 82, 100 ЦПК України, суддя -
УХВАЛИВ:
Відкрити провадження у цивільній справі за заявою ОСОБА_1 до Державного підприємства «Харківський приладобудівний завод ім. Т.Г. Шевченко» про стягнення нарахованої, але невиплаченої заробітної плати.
Ухвала оскарженню не підлягає.
