Суддя Жовтневого районного суду м. Харкова Труханович В.В., розглядаючи заяву заступника прокурора Харківської області в інтересах ОСОБА_1 до Державного підприємства «Харківський приладобудівний завод ім. Т.Г. Шевченко»про стягнення нарахованої, але невиплаченої заробітної плати,
ВСТАНОВИВ:
Заявник звернувся до суду з заявою про видачу судового наказу про стягнення з відповідача нарахованої, але невиплаченої заробітної плати.
Заява подана з додержанням вимог ст. 98 ЦПК України.
Керуючись ст. ст. 82, 100 ЦПК України, суддя
УХВАЛИВ:
Відкрити провадження у цивільній справі за заявою заступника прокурора Харківської області в інтересах ОСОБА_1 до Державного підприємства «Харківський приладобудівний завод ім. Т.Г. Шевченко»про стягнення нарахованої, але невиплаченої заробітної плати.
Ухвала оскарженню не підлягає.
