розгляд Господарського суду Львівської області подано заяву Прокурора м. Львова
в інтересах держави в особі Державної податкової інспекції у Франківському
районі м. Львова про перегляд ухвали Господарського суду Львівської області
№6/110-29/187 від 18.09.2006 р. про припинення провадження у справі та
ліквідацію приватного підприємства "Атлантбуд" за нововиявленими
обставинами. Ухвалою від 29.02.2008 р. заяву прийнято до розгляду, провадження
у справі зупинено до повернення матеріалів справи №6/110-29/187 з прокуратури
м. Львова.
У
зв'язку з поверненням матеріалів зазначеної справи до суду, провадження у
справі потрібно поновити.
Враховуючи
наведене, керуючись ст. ст. 79, 86, 112, 113, 1131 Господарського
процесуального кодексу України, суд
