Господарський суд міста Києва у складі судді Чебикіної С.О., розглянувши справу за позовом Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю "УБМ-Груп" до Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю "Ягуар" про стягнення 1 619 147,41 грн, за участю представників позивача - не з`явився, відповідача - не з`явився,
ВСТАНОВИВ:
Позивач звернувся до суду з указаним позовом.
У зв`язку з неявкою сторін, суд вважає за необхідне відкласти розгляд справи по суті.
Керуючись ст. ст. 216, 232-235 ГПК України, суд
УХВАЛИВ:
1. Відкласти розгляд справи по суті на 13.08.25 о 14:30 год. Засідання відбудеться у приміщенні Господарського суду міста Києва за адресою: м. Київ, вул. Богдана Хмельницького, 44- Б, зал № 20 .
2. Викликати для участі у засіданні представників учасників справи.
Ухвала набирає законної сили з моменту її підписання та оскарженню не підлягає.
