Господарський суд міста Києва у складі судді Чебикіної С.О., розглянувши справу за позовом Об`єднання співвласників багатоквартирного будинку "Лазурний блюз" до ОСОБА_1 про стягнення 613 475,40 грн., за участю представників позивача - Подоляко Н.П., відповідача - Архіпова О.Ю.
ВСТАНОВИВ:
Позивач звернувся до суду з указаним позовом.
У зв`язку з поданим позивачем клопотанням про продовження строку підготовчого провадження, суд вважає за необхідне продовжити строк проведення підготовчого провадження на 30 днів.
Керуючись ст. ст. 177, 182, 183, 232-235 ГПК України, суд
УХВАЛИВ:
Продовжити строк проведення підготовчого провадження на 30 днів.
Ухвала набирає законної сили негайно після її оголошення та оскарженню не підлягає.
