Просить вручити SPROGGI SP. Z O.O. (ul. Sadowa 2/11, 20-027 Lublin, Polska, NIP: 7123389507, REGION: 383813380) ухвалу Господарського суду міста Києва від 04.04.2024 про відкриття провадження у справі №910/3832/24; позовну заяву з додатками.

The delivery of documents must be carried out in connection with the consideration by the Commercial Court of the city of Kyiv (Ukraine) of case No. 910/3832/24 on the claim of the limited liability company "TRANS-LIDER" against SPROGGI SP. Z O.O. about recovery of UAH 371,412.57/

Вручення документів необхідно виконати у зв`язку з розглядом Господарським судом міста Києва (Україна) справи №910/3832/24 за позовом Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю "ТРАНС-ЛІДЕР" до SPROGGI SP. Z O.O. про стягнення 371 412, 57 грн.

The Commercial Court of the city of Kyiv requests to send the documents drawn up in connection with the execution of this order, and in case of impossibility of execution of this order, to return it and inform about the circumstances that prevent its execution/

Господарський суд міста Києва просить відправити документи, складені у зв`язку з виконанням даного доручення, а у випадку неможливості виконання цього доручення - повернути його та повідомити про обставини, які заважають його виконанню.
