Requests to deliver Tools World Polska Sp. z o.o. (ul. Marynin 25b lok. 47, 01-469 Warszava, Poland) a copy of the ruling of the Economic Court of the city of Kyiv, dated 20.03.2023 in the case № 910/3878/23 and a copy of the statement of claim

Вручення судових документів необхідно виконати у зв`язку з розглядом Господарським судом міста Києва справи № 910/3878/23 за позовом товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю "СВІТ ІНСТРУМЕНТУ УКРАЇНА" до Tools World Polska Sp. z o.o. про стягнення 139.084,69 дол. США.

Service of judicial documents needs to be executed in connection with the consideration by the Economic Court of the city of Kyiv of case № 910/3878/23, initiated by the limited liability company "СВІТ ІНСТРУМЕНТУ УКРАЇНА" against Tools World Polska Sp. z o.o. for the recovery of 139.084,69 USD

Господарський суд міста Києва просить направити документи, складені у зв`язку з виконанням цього клопотання, а у випадку неможливості його виконання - повернути його та повідомити про обставини, які заважають його виконанню.

The Economic Court of the city of Kyiv requests the documents related to the execution of this request, and in the case of it not being possible to fulfill, to return it and provide information about the circumstances that hinder its execution.
